i had my first acupuncture treatment today. i had about 15 needles stuck into me, and only 5 or so actually hurt. the rest, i barely felt.
the most painful part is when i went to get up after they were removed, and we realized there was still one stuck in me…
i’m hoping to wake up tomorrow and have significantly less back/neck/shoulder pain.
